Emergency Medicine – Altoona, PA – $285/hrEmergency Medicine opportunity in Everett, Pennsylvania, focused on steady night-shift coverage across two regional EDs. Physicians will manage a moderate-volume environment with APP support, a full range of emergency procedures, and a consistent 12-hour schedule. Ideal for EM-trained providers comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with local Hospitalist and Specialty teams.$285 per hourCase Mix:Full-spectrum emergency care ranging from pediatrics to adult/geriatric, including trauma, medical, and surgical presentations. Procedures include intubations, central lines, chest tubes, joint reductions, laceration repair, I&D, aspirations, and other interventions typical of EM residency-trained physicians.Details:- 12-hour shifts (7a–7p or 7p–7a)- Physicians must be willing to work night shifts- Approximately 18–19K annual volume; ~51 patients per 24 hours- Work alongside an APP and provide sign-offs- No vent management- Admissions coordinated through Hospitalist and Specialty Groups- EMR: Cerner- Local candidates preferred (drivable)- Full privilegesSendoc Locums Covers:- Paid malpractice- Paid travel- Paid lodgingLet us know if you're available to pick up shifts or would like more details.
